Bell tower, Santa Ana Catholic Church
New Panaderos Street, Santa Ana, Manila
It does look like a typical Franciscan missionary church because of the big dark bricks used (like those in Baras and Tanay in Rizal) but I can’t guarantee it is Franciscan yet. Any more information?
UPDATE 20 Dec 2016 – According to a comment-er, The bricks of the church were originally painted pink, but somehow turned darker for some reason. I have checked the blogg linked to the same commenter and was able to confirm that this church is founded by the Franciscans. It actually was the first Franciscan mission founded in Manila outside the Intramuros district.
The church looks very impressive!!
